No. The Homeopathic Spike Detox needs to be taken away from food and drinks, even water. It is recommended to take at least 1/2 before or after eating or drinking anything.

Yes, some people report mild detox symptoms such as fatigue, sore throat, headache. We recommend taking activated charcoal (as directed) 1-3 days each week of the protocol to help with any detox symptoms.
What are the directions for taking protocol?
Take each protocol every 7 days for 8 (eight weeks by alternating protocols in order A-D. Dissolve the 4 tablets under the tongue. Take 1/2 hour before our after eating or drinking (even water). The day you take each protocol, avoid coffee, peppermint, and alcohol. If experiencing detox symptoms after 4 weeks, wait 7 days and restart the A-D protocol in order as shown on the individual bottles included in the packaging.
